What to include

• Which device and iOS version, or which browser if it happened on the website.
• What you were building or which library circuit you had open.
• A screenshot if you can. On the app, the share button also exports the board file, which lets us load exactly what you saw.

Quick answers

• Does the website sell anything? No. The projects and the Workbench are free and there is no shop — you buy parts wherever you like. The only paid thing anywhere is the optional TinyOhms Pro subscription inside the iOS app, billed by Apple, and it is separate from the website.
• My sign-in code never arrived. Codes come from hello@tinyohms.com and are good for 10 minutes, so check spam and the exact address you typed. You can ask for up to five codes an hour. Still nothing? Email us from the address you used.
• I subscribed to Pro but parts are still locked. Open the paywall again (grid menu → TinyOhms Pro) and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn't clear the locks, tell us and include the Apple receipt email.
• Cancelling or refunding Pro. The subscription is billed by Apple. Cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't see or change your Apple billing.
• Deleting my account. In the app: Circuits → your account icon → Delete account. It erases your email, saved circuits and parts list straight away. Or email us and we'll do it for you.
• A circuit or a number looks wrong. Please tell us — every project on this site is computed and simulated, but real parts vary and mistakes happen. Say which page and which value, and we'll check it and fix it.
• Something got hot, smoked or popped on a real breadboard. Disconnect the battery first. Then read the safety notes on the project page and on Start here; if you're unsure what happened, email us a photo of the build.
